Composition of the fragrance:
On first encounter with the fragrance, you’ll recognise organic orange essential oil with ginger essence and a blue tea accord. After a few moments, the fresh character of Aquozone® comes out along with bittersweet neroli. The drydown floats on an amber note and patchouli.

Story of the fragrance:
You can stay environmentally friendly even when looking for your new Eau de Toilette. The packaging of CK Everyone was manufactured from recycled materials and the bottle can be further recycled after you’ve used up the product.

The composition of the fragrance is also unique – it’s vegan and contains natural alcohol derivative. CK Everyone was designed by the perfumer Alberto Morillas for all men and women who want to celebrate the endless freedom of self-expression.

Delivery

We know that you are eagerly for your order, but it will take 12-24 hours to dispatch your order, and 2-4 business days for your order to reach you depending on your pin code serviceability. We try to ensure that your order reaches you as earliest as possible and will keep you notified via email and text. In an unforeseen circumstance of a delayed delivery, we will inform you about the same via email and text. In case the customer has paid for Express delivery and the shipment reaches you after 4 business days, then the 99 INR paid will be refunded post delivery.

Returns

We are committed to provide you the best of service and experience.Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and for that we do accept returns in case of an unforeseen situation such as damaged products during transit or circumstances affecting the product which are beyond the control of the customer.

Returns are only applicable if a wrong product is delivered. We are not liable for any manufacturing defects by the brand such as non-working atomiser, broken design parts, etc which are solely responsible of the brand and we don't have any control over it whatsoever. However in such cases we do direct your complaints to the brand and it's at the the discretion of the brand to acknowledge and resolve the issue case by case. In case of a wrong product delivered all the necessary parts of packaging accompanying the order should be intact in order to process a refund.Your refund will be processed in 2-4 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection. Acceptance of a return is subject to the condition in which we receive the order.We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product received is not up to the standards set by us.

In case of any damaged products, the concern should be raised within 48 hours of delivery via a call or email on customer chat support, this includes Sunday's as well.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, we kindly invite you to reach out to our Customer Care team who will assist you in the process.


Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
