By placing an order with Perfume Network India("Perfume Network India", "we", "us" or "our") for products which are sold on the Site ("Products") you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs ("T&Cs"). Please read these T&Cs carefully.
We amend these T&Cs from time to time. Every time you order Products from us, the T&Cs in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Section 1- Eligibilty
1.1 In order to make a purchase through the Site or to use some of the services or features made available to you on our Site you will be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and email address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
1.2 Should any of your registration information change in future you are required to amend your personal online account immediately. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Section 2- Creating an Account
2.1 The user of this website has to set up an account before availing any online services provided through the Website. The user can create an account by entering an email address and password or by using any permitted social media website account to Sign In. The email address provided by you will be your mode of communication for all the information communicated by Perfume Network India regarding your orders,refunds,cancellations etc, so make sure you use a valid and correct email address for registration.
Section 3- Pricing Policy
3.1 Products prices are displayed on the Website when clicking on a product.All the prices specified on the Website are shown in rupees (₹), including Goods and Services Tax(GST) and exclude delivery fees in the cases where such fees apply. The delivery fees are specified to the Customer before the confirmation of the order and will, in the cases where they apply, be charged as a supplement.
3.2 The total amount due to be paid by the Customer, excluding delivery fees, is shown before the final confirmation of the order. The amount appears a first time in the “My Cart” section. The full amount including delivery fees (where they apply) is shown in the “Order Review” section that appears after having clicked on “Proceed to checkout” and after the information necessary to process the order has been filled out.
3.3 Perfume Network India reserves the right to modify prices at any moment, while guaranteeing the application of the prevailing prices at the time of the order.
Section 4- Product Availability
4.1 The products offered on the Website are subject to stock availability by Perfume Network India and/or its suppliers.If it turns out that the product ordered by the Customer is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible and will cancel the order. You will be fully refunded with an amount corresponding to the price of the unavailable product and any delivery charges paid for it, within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the order’s payment. However, if only a part of the products ordered by the Customer is unavailable, the delivery fees paid for the products that are available and delivered will not be reimbursed.
4.2 Perfume Network India reserves the right to modify the catalogue of products offered for sale on its website. Orders placed by the customer prior to the modifications will not be affected.
Section 5- Ordering Process
5.2 As you place an order on our website,you can choose the products you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to Cart”. After adding the products you may choose “Continue Shopping” or “Cart & Checkout”.
5.3 All of the selected products are gathered in “My Cart”. By clicking on “My Cart” the Customer can verify the details of their order and the total price excluding delivery fees. The Customer may also consult the Terms and Conditions of Sales, modify their order through the “My Cart” section and return to previous pages using their web browser.
5.4 After having verified the content of the “Shopping Cart”, the customer may click on the icon “Proceed to Checkout”. The Customer will be asked to enter billing, delivery and payment information, which is necessary for processing the order. After having submitted the necessary information the Customer will be redirected to the “Order Review”, which summarizes the ordered products, the total price including Goods and Services Tax, and delivery fees in cases where these apply. The order will be final when the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Sales by clicking on “Place Order”. Through this action the customer accepts to be legally bound by the sales contract established with Perfume Network India. The act of confirming an order entails the Customer’s full and unreserved acceptation of the details of the sales contract, the Terms and Conditions of the Website.
5.5 We will confirm the order by sending an email to the email address provided by you in the billing information. The email contains the purchased order and a confirmation of the purchase. A second email will be sent to the same email address when the order is being dispatched. For these purposes, it is important that the Customer provides a valid and correct email.
Section 6- Cancelling Orders
6.1 If you wish to cancel an order please write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
6.2 Refunds of your cancelled order may take up to 72 hours(excluding bank holidays) to get refunded back to your original mode of payment(except Cash on Delivery).
6.3 Any Credit Card convenience fees will not be refunded as they are charged by the payment gateway.
6.4 You will be only able to cancel the order as a whole and not partially, the refund will be initiated as soon as we get your confirmation for cancelling the order.
7.1 As previously stated, the action of confirming an order obliges the Customer to pay the price of the ordered products and the related delivery fees where these apply. The Customer declares and guarantees to NOSE that they have the necessary means and authority to use the applied payment method.
7.2 The payment methods that are accepted on the Website are shown in the “My Cart” section. Orders can only be paid by bankcard which include VISA, MasterCard and American Express.Any bank fees and commissions are borne by the Customer, without exception. The bankcard payment is carried out using a secured website named Razorpay. The Customer may be redirected to their bank’s authentication page, depending on their bank affiliation, in order to confirm their payment.
