Refund policy
We are committed to providing you with the best service and experience. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we do accept returns in the event of an unforeseen situation such as products damaged during transit or circumstances affecting the product that are beyond the control of the customer.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving in a damaged condition, we provide free exchanges in which we replace the product with a fresh unit. However, a replacement will only be provided if the product is unusable due to the damage. Damage limited to the cap, box, or any manufacturing defect that does not affect the usage of the perfume will not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Refunds will only be possible in cases where stock is not available to replace the damaged unit. The returned items will undergo an inspection, and a replacement will be accepted and processed provided the returned products are in their original packaging with all necessary parts of the packaging accompanying the order intact.
Your refund will be processed within 2–4 days and should be credited within 3–5 working days depending on the mode of payment. Acceptance of a return is subject to the condition in which we receive the order. We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product received does not meet the standards set by us.
In the case of a damaged product, the original SKU will be replaced with the same original SKU. There is no provision to receive a different product in place of the original order.
