1. How can I contact you?

2. Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic, if you are looking to buy middle eastern brands then you can find Certificate of Authenticity on the product page or below the add to cart button. If you can't find the certificate, be assured the product is sourced directly from authorised distributors of the brand in India.
3. Where is my order?
You can track your order with link , if the status shows open, your order is still not shipped and will be shipped in the next 24 hours and you will receive tracking details via SMS and email.
4. Why is my order delayed?
If your order is delayed and has crossed your Estimated Delivery Date, drop in your AWB number in the chat support and we will escalate it on the highest priority with the courier partner.
5. Is this product available?
If the product is available on the website and is out of stock, then you can subscribe to the back in stock notification and you will get a notification when it is back in stock. If the product is not listed on the website, drop the product name in the chat support.
6. I didn't like the fragrance, and I would like to return?
We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, we’re unable to accept returns for opened or used products. If the product is sealed and unused, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
7. The product that I received is damaged.
Please share clear photos of the damaged product to chat support or care@perfumenetwork.in within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review it and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at the earliest.
8. I haven't received my refund yet.
Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to reflect in your original payment method. If it's been longer, please contact us with your order number and refund confirmation so we can assist you promptly.
9. RESERVED10 is not working.
The first time purchase code RESERVED10 is not applicable on all products, if the product that you are trying to apply the code is not working, then the product is already at best price. RESERVED10 is applicable on this collection. Collection for You
10. I want to change my phone number/address.
If your order is not shipped already then these details can be changed. To change them contact chat support.
11. My tracking is not updating.
If the tracking details is not updating then, wait for 24 hours as it usually takes 24 hours to update on the courier tracking page.
12. My shipment is stuck in Delhi and not moving.
Shipments get updated when they reach the destination city, once the shipment is in transit from Delhi to your city it will not update till it reaches your city, so please wait for it to reach your city.
13. I received my product recently and it is smells like nothing.
During transit the perfumes get violently shaken and due to which they unsettle and smell like alcohol or like nothing. Let them sit for 15-20 days in a cold and dark place and they will get better.
