Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We know that you are eagerly awaiting your order, but it will take 12–24 hours to dispatch your order, and 2–4 business days for your order to reach you depending on your pin code serviceability. We try to ensure that your order reaches you as early as possible and will keep you notified via email and text. In an unforeseen circumstance of a delayed delivery, we will inform you about the same via email and text.

Return & Refund Policy

At Perfume Network India, we are committed to providing you with the best service and experience. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.

Wrong Item Delivered

• Returns will only be accepted if the product is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Opened or unsealed items will not be eligible for return or refund.

Damaged Products

• Replacement will only be provided if the product is unusable due to damage. Damage limited to the cap, box, or any manufacturing defect that does not affect the usage of the perfume will not be eligible for replacement.
• No refunds or store credit will be issued for damaged items.
• The concern must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, including Sundays, via email at care@perfumenetwork.in or through customer chat support.

Partial COD Orders

• In the event of cancellation of a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.

Order Delivery Timelines

• Please note that the estimated delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to courier or logistical reasons beyond our control.

Refund Processing

• For eligible returns (wrong sealed/unopened product only), the refund will be processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been initiated.

Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel an order, please write to us at care@perfumenetwork.in as soon as possible.
• Refunds for cancelled orders may take up to 72 hours (excluding bank holidays) to be credited back to your original mode of payment (except Cash on Delivery).
• You will only be able to cancel the order as a whole and not partially; the refund will be initiated as soon as we receive your confirmation for cancelling the order.
• If cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped, a cancellation fee of ₹100 will be applicable for prepaid orders, and the advance paid is non-refundable in the case of Cash on Delivery orders.
