However in such cases we do direct your complaints to the brand and it's at the the discretion of the brand to acknowledge and resolve the issue case by case. In case of a wrong product delivered all the necessary parts of packaging accompanying the order should be intact in order to process a refund.Your refund will be processed in 2-4 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection. Acceptance of a return is subject to the condition in which we receive the order.We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product received is not up to the standards set by us.

The perfume is soothing like anything, it smells like freshly cut grass, the vetiver and Cedar note is like very prominent, overall a good buy if you are looking for a fragrance similar to Terre D'Hermes.

Rasasi fattan is a very soothing and masculine scent. It starts off with bitter orange and soon the magic of vetiver begins making it into a heavenly spring scent. This easily gets me 7-8 hours of lasting with 3 hours of projection. Lasts more than a day on clothes. Quiet a potent juice ! Feels like a spring zen garden !
