Composition of the fragrance
The Eau de Parfum opens with fresh notes of lemon and grapefruit, accompanied by the timeless aroma of lavender. The middle notes reveal spicy ginger in combination with the fruity aroma of apple and the soft touch of jasmine. Calming notes of sandalwood are intertwined with birch, oak, musk and patchouli, which bring a dose of sensuality and masculinity to every drop.

Delivery

Wrong Item Delivered

Returns will only be accepted if the product is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Opened or unsealed items will not be eligible for return or refund.

Damaged Products

If a product is received in a damaged condition, it will only be replaced with the same product.
No refunds or store credit will be issued for damaged items.
The concern must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, including Sundays, via email at care@perfumenetwork.in or through customer chat support.

Partial COD Orders

In the event of cancellation of a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.
The only exception is if the shipment has not been delivered within 7 days from the order date.

Order Delivery Timelines

Please note that the estimated delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to courier or logistical reasons beyond our control.

Refund Processing

For eligible returns (wrong sealed/unopened product only), the refund will be processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been initiated.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, we kindly invite you to reach out to our Customer Care team who will assist you in the process.

Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.

All products shipped will have a shelf of more than 18 months to 5 years.
