The fragrance opens with a sticky-sweet effusion of Rose and Ylang-Ylang, exuding their intoxicating floral aromas. These floral notes are infused with the sunny, fruity colors of Jasmine, adding a burst of vibrancy to the composition. The scent is further enlivened by vaporous, metallic, crackling Aldehydes, creating a sparkling and electric atmosphere reminiscent of neon lights.

Wrong Item Delivered

Returns will only be accepted if the product is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Opened or unsealed items will not be eligible for return or refund.

Damaged Products

If a product is received in a damaged condition, it will only be replaced with the same product.
No refunds or store credit will be issued for damaged items.
The concern must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, including Sundays, via email at care@perfumenetwork.in or through customer chat support.

Partial COD Orders

In the event of cancellation of a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.
The only exception is if the shipment has not been delivered within 7 days from the order date.

Refund Processing

For eligible returns (wrong sealed/unopened product only), the refund will be processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been initiated.
